This policy applies to all food deliveries from Delicious King Burger LLC, including burgers, sides, and beverages, within our service area.
We deliver to addresses within a 10-mile radius of 6012 Mission St, Daly City, CA 94014. Orders outside this area will be rejected at checkout.
- Standard Delivery: 30–45 minutes from order confirmation (varies by distance and traffic).
- Delivery Fees: $3.99 for orders under $20; $1.99 for orders $20–$30; free for orders over $30.
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.
- Late Deliveries: If your order is more than 15 minutes late, contact us at help@deliciouskingburger.online for a $5 credit toward your next order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Report issues within 1 hour of delivery with photos—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- We cannot leave orders unattended unless specified in the “delivery notes” at checkout.
- Someone must be present to receive the order (ID may be required for age-restricted items, if applicable).
