Delicious King Burger LLC offers a 15-day refund window for orders placed through deliciouskingburger.online. If 15 days have passed since your order was picked up or delivered, we cannot issue a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your order must:
  • Be damaged, incorrect, or inedible (e.g., cold food, wrong items, spoiled ingredients).
  • Be reported within 15 days of pickup/delivery, with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:
  • Orders that are fully or partially consumed.
  • Customized items (e.g., burgers with specific toppings) that match your requested specifications.
  • Items returned without evidence of damage or error.

Refund Process

  2. Review: We’ll assess your request within 2 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.
  3. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
